If you have not already purchased your ticket online, you can buy one at the entrance desk.
A guarded cloakroom is available on the ground floor, where umbrellas, backpacks, large bags and outerwear can be stored free of charge.
During your visit, please mind the signs providing the rules to follow when using the stairs, lifts or toilets. The museum staff are always available to help you.

The bookshop is located next to the entrance, behind the exhibition hall. It is an open and freely accessible area where you can buy gadgets, exhibition catalogues, children's books, and volumes dedicated to art and Intesa Sanpaolo's collections.
In every Gallerie d'Italia museum there is a library; the volumes catalogue of the Gallerie d'Italia - Naples is available online at the OPAC SBN National Library Service
