The cafeteria and bistrot "Caffè San Carlo” is the new food and beverage premises at Gallerie d'Italia - Torino run by the creative Costardi Bros, two Piedmontese brothers eager to switch the traditional regional cuisine into a contemporary experience. After two hundred years since its first opening, the Caffè San Carlo, a traditional meeting point for the citizens, will extend from the historical inner and dehor halls onto Piazza San Carlo and the yard of the museum.

As a completion of the food and beverage proposal, the new restaurant "SCATTO" (“SHOT”) pays homage to cooking by drawing inspiration from the art of photography. It also looks back to the local roots reinterpreted by the two chefs Costardi.
