On the occasion of the exhibition Diana Markosian: Replaced, the artist will be in conversation with curator Brandei Estes to explore her project and the creative process behind it. Through photography, installation, and autobiographical storytelling, Replaced investigates how love, memory, and loss shape our identity, questioning our sense of belonging to shared memories and the disorientation that arises when they are rewritten.
During the talk, the artist will discuss the origins of the work and the journey that led her to transform a personal experience into a broader reflection on the fragility of human connections and the ever-changing nature of memory.
The talk will be held in English.
This will be followed by a book signing of the exhibition catalogue (7:30–8:00 pm).
