A journey through art, memory and female creativity. La scena delle donne – percorsi teatrali con le donne a Forcella (The women's stage – theatrical journeys with women in Forcella) proposes a performance that gives voice to the stories, feelings and experiences of the leading female figures in 17th century Naples, inspired by the works included in the exhibition and the stories and legends of the days of the viceroyalty. The Gallerie d'Italia become a vibrant space, filled with female figures who tell the story of another 17th century: that of the women, often forgotten, but protagonists of their time.
La scena delle donne – percorsi teatrali con le donne a Forcella is a project on the performing arts for and with women, curated by Marina Rippa with Monica Costigliola and Fiorella Orazzo.
