The Christmas appointment with art is renewed again this year to admire Pietro Perugino's masterpiece The Baptism of Christ (circa 1502). The exhibition Perugino. The Baptism of Christ is a collaboration between the Municipality of Milan and the Galleria Nazionale dell'Umbria and is part of the celebrations of the 500th anniversary of the artist's death. The sustainable exhibition design by architect Franco Achilli ,centred on the theme of water, will allow the public to admire the masterpiece in oil on panel, part of the polyptych of St. Augustine, whose creative path is currently the subject of in-depth study by scholars.

Promoted by the City of Milan and Intesa Sanpaolo - as institutional partner - with the support of Rinascente, the exhibition is organised in collaboration with the Galleria Nazionale dell'Umbria and the Gallerie d'Italia in Milan.
